This document is the result of a class I took called Creating User Documentation and is published through Virginia Tech's Student Affairs department. In this class, we learned how to create documents for users to aid in increasing digital literacy and their ability to understand and use software or digitally significant items. This particular document covers the basic applications of Instant Messaging Apple's Messages app.

While I am skilled in technical writing, my experience does not stop with conventional documents. I have experience with video editing software and have developed tutorials for using applications as well. This particular sample was also developed for my Creating User Documentation class.

This sample is from a group project I helped create for a class entitled "Developing Online Content." It is a website, created using Markdown and Mkdocs which is framed as a "guide" for how soundtracks aid specific pieces of media. I wrote the section on the game "Deltarune," where I walk through how a specific example deepens the game's atmosphere
